Important note: This regulation has been heavily amended — it has gone through over 25 different versions since 2014. Some provisions are already set to automatically expire (self-repeal) in 2026 and 2027. The entire regulation itself is scheduled for automatic repeal on 1 September 2026, meaning it will need to be replaced or renewed by then.
