#### 5 Liquid waste—conversion of volume to weight 5 Liquid waste—conversion of volume to weight (cf clause 4(2) of 2005 Reg) > For the purposes of Parts 2 and 3— > > > (a) one kilolitre of trackable liquid waste is taken to weigh one tonne, and > > > (b) other liquid waste is taken to weigh the amount calculated in accordance with a relevant method specified in the Waste Levy Guidelines.
