#### 52 Expired or revoked consignment authorisation 52 Expired or revoked consignment authorisation (cf clause 31 of 2005 Reg) > For the purposes of this Part, if a consignment authorisation that authorises the transportation of waste to a waste facility expires or is revoked after the waste leaves the place from which it is being transported, the authorisation is taken to continue in force in relation to the transportation of that waste, but only until the waste is transported to a waste facility at which the waste is accepted.
