> > (1) This clause does not apply in respect of trackable liquid waste.
>
> > (2) The occupier of a scheduled waste facility who is required to pay contributions under section 88 of the Act must, within 26 days after the end of each month, provide the EPA with the following information (in the approved form and manner)—
> >
> > > (a) the quantity of waste received at the waste facility during the month to which the report relates,
> >
> > > (b) the waste types (determined in accordance with the Waste Levy Guidelines) of waste received at the waste facility during the month to which the report relates,
> >
> > > (c) any approved particulars relating to the waste facility.
> >
> > Maximum penalty—200 penalty units in the case of a corporation, 100 penalty units in the case of an individual.

> > (3) The occupier of a scheduled waste facility located outside the MLA and RLA is not required to provide information under this clause in relation to waste that is not generated, or generated from waste generated, in the MLA or RLA.

> > Note—
> >
> > See clause 109 for other reporting requirements that apply to occupiers of scheduled waste facilities outside the MLA and RLA.

> > (3A) The EPA may, by written notice, require the occupier of a scheduled waste facility to—
> >
> > > (a) engage an independent person approved by the EPA to conduct an audit of, and to prepare a report on, the information provided, or required to be provided, under this clause for the period specified in the notice, and
> >
> > > (b) ensure a copy of the report is provided to the EPA within the time specified in the notice.

> > (3B) The occupier must comply with the notice.
> >
> > Maximum penalty—
> >
> > > (a) for an individual—100 penalty units, or
> >
> > > (b) for a corporation—200 penalty units.
>
> > (4) The EPA may grant an exemption under Part 9 from any requirement under this clause.
>
> > (5) (Repealed)
