#### 56 Record keeping requirements relating to receivers of waste 56 Record keeping requirements relating to receivers of waste (cf clause 35 of 2005 Reg) > A receiver of waste must ensure that the following records are retained for at least 4 years— > > > (a) copies of each consignment authorisation issued by the receiver, > > > (b) each waste transport certificate given to the receiver for waste accepted by the receiver and each waste transport certificate generated by the receiver, > > > (c) copies of each notice required to be given to the EPA under this Part. > > Maximum penalty—200 penalty units in the case of a corporation, 100 penalty units in the case of an individual.
