#### 57 Returns by receivers of waste 57 Returns by receivers of waste (cf clause 36 of 2005 Reg) > A receiver of waste— > > > (a) must provide the EPA (or any other person or body approved for the purposes of this clause) with any information that the EPA (or the other person or body) requires in relation to the waste received by the receiver, including a description of the waste, the quantity of the waste and any proposed treatment intended for the waste, and > > > (b) must ensure that a copy of the information provided is retained for a period of at least 4 years after the day it was provided. > > Maximum penalty—200 penalty units in the case of a corporation, 100 penalty units in the case of an individual.
