#### 30 Waste used for operational purpose at facility if occupier required to pay contribution 30 Waste used for operational purpose at facility if occupier required to pay contribution > The occupier of a scheduled waste facility who is required to pay contributions under section 88 of the Act must record the following information in relation to any waste of a kind referred to in the second column of the table to clause 15(1) that is used at the facility for a purpose specified opposite in the third column of that table— > > > (a) the amount of waste and its waste type, > > > (b) the nature of the purpose, > > > (c) the date the waste is used, > > > (d) particulars of any certificate issued under clause 15 relating to the use of waste for the purpose. > > Maximum penalty—200 penalty units in the case of a corporation, 100 penalty units in the case of an individual.
