#### 33 Keeping, retention and availability of records 33 Keeping, retention and availability of records > The occupier of a scheduled waste facility who is required to record information under this Division must— > > > (a) record and keep the information in accordance with any requirements of the Waste Levy Guidelines, and > > > (b) ensure that each record is retained for at least 6 years after the record is made, and > > > (c) make any of the records available for inspection and copying by an authorised officer on request. > > Maximum penalty—200 penalty units in the case of a corporation, 100 penalty units in the case of an individual.
