#### 105 Record keeping 105 Record keeping > > (1) Any person to whom an immobilised contaminants approval is granted who is required by the approval to record information must comply with that requirement and must— > > > > > (a) ensure that each of the records is retained for at least 6 years after the record is made, and > > > > > (b) make any of the records available for inspection and copying by an authorised officer on request. > > > > Maximum penalty—200 penalty units in the case of a corporation, 100 penalty units in the case of an individual. > > > (2) The variation or revocation of an immobilised contaminants approval under this Part does not affect the operation of subclause (1) in relation to information that the approval required to be recorded prior to the variation or revocation. > > > (3) Nothing in this clause limits the conditions that may be imposed on any immobilised contaminants approval under clause 100.
