93 Supply of waste to which resource recovery exemptions apply
> > (1) (Repealed)
>
> > (2) A resource recovery order may be issued only in relation to the supply by a person of—
> >
> > > (a) resource recovery waste that has been generated, processed or recovered by the person, or
> >
> > > (b) waste that will become resource recovery waste.

> > (3) A resource recovery order is effected as follows—

> > > (a) in the case of an order applying to specified persons only—by written notice given to those persons, or
> >
> > > (b) in any other case—by notice published in the Gazette.

> > (4) A resource recovery order takes effect—

> > > (a) on the date on which the order is given or published in accordance with this clause, or

> > > (b) if a later date is specified in the notice—the later date.

> > (5) The EPA may vary or revoke a resource recovery order by a further notice published or given in accordance with this clause.
