51 Approval of receivers of waste to issue consignment authorisations
(cf clause 30 of 2005 Reg)
(1) The EPA may grant an approval to a receiver of waste for the purposes of issuing consignment authorisations.
(2) An approval is to be in writing and may be issued subject to conditions.
(3) The EPA may revoke an approval for any reason.
(4) A revocation of an approval is effected by notice in writing given to the relevant receiver of waste.
