54 Record keeping requirements relating to consignors of waste
(cf clause 33 of 2005 Reg)
> A consignor of waste must ensure that the following records are retained for at least 4 years—
>
> > (a) copies of each consignment authorisation issued to the consignor,
>
> > (b) copies of each waste transport certificate required to be completed by the consignor under this Part,
>
> > (c) if the consignor is an authorised agent of one or more occupiers of waste facilities—a list of premises from which waste that was the subject of any such waste transport certificate was transported and copies of each agency agreement entered into by the consignor.
>
> Maximum penalty—200 penalty units in the case of a corporation, 100 penalty units in the case of an individual.
