#### 59 Approved record keeping systems 59 Approved record keeping systems (cf clause 37 of 2005 Reg) > > (1) The EPA may approve a system (whether a paper-based system or an electronic system) for the purpose of keeping the records and giving the notices and other documentation required by this Part. > > > (2) Without limiting clause 42, the EPA may grant, to any person or class of persons who establishes such an approved system, an exemption under Part 9 from any provisions of this Part relating to the keeping of records or the giving of notices or other documentation.
