#### 86 EPA is to set targets for recovery of materials and review of packaging design 86 EPA is to set targets for recovery of materials and review of packaging design (cf clause 46J of 2005 Reg) > > (1) The EPA is, by order published in the Gazette, to set targets for the following— > > > > > (a) recovery of material used in packaging products (whether in relation to all or to particular material so used), > > > > > (b) review of packaging design. > > > (2) In setting a target under this clause the EPA is to have regard to current national performance and the targets set out in the Australian Packaging Covenant. > > > (3) Without limiting subclause (1)(a), a target under this clause may be expressed in the form of a percentage of the materials used.
