55 Record keeping requirements relating to transporters of waste
(cf clause 34 of 2005 Reg)
> A transporter of waste must ensure that copies of each waste transport certificate required to be completed by the transporter under this Part are retained for at least 4 years.

> Maximum penalty—200 penalty units in the case of a corporation, 100 penalty units in the case of an individual.
