Part 3 (Building work), other than section 42 (1) (c), section 42 (1) (f) (ii) and section 42 (2), does not apply to the demolition of a building if— (a) the construction occupations registrar has issued a demolition order to demolish the building; and (b) the order is in force; and (c) the demolition is carried out in accordance with the demolition order.
