19E Appointment of certifier after appointment ends under s 19D (1) (e) (1) This section applies if an eligible entity’s appointment as certifier for building work on land (the first appointment) ends under section 19D (1) (e). (2) The owner of the land may appoint the entity as certifier for the building work (the second appointment).
