32C Approved plans amendment—effect of failure to provide further information (a) a certifier has asked for further information under section 32A in relation to an application; and (b) the applicant has not provided some or all of the information in accordance with the request; and
(2) The certifier may refuse to approve the amended plans to which the application relates.
