27A Notice if building approval not issued
(a) an application for a building approval is made to the certifier
under section 26; and
(b) the certifier does not issue the building approval for all or part
of the building work that is the subject of the application because
the certifier—
(i) refuses to issue the approval under section 26C; or
(ii) must not consider the application under section 27; or
(iii) must not issue the approval under section 30 or
section 30A; or
(iv) decides that the approval is not required for all or part of
the building work for which the application is made.
(2) The certifier must give the applicant written notice stating that
building approval is not issued for the building work mentioned in
subsection (1) (b) and the reason why the approval is not issued.
