24 Notice of certifier’s appointment or end of appointment (b) after the issue, either— (i) an entity is appointed certifier for the work; or (ii) an entity’s appointment as certifier for the work ends under section 19D (1) (a) or (b). (2) Within 7 days after the day the entity is appointed or the appointment ends, the entity must give the construction occupations registrar written notice of the appointment or end.
