Division 4—Examinations1 Subdivision A—Examiner may conduct examination2 58 Examinations3 (1) An examiner may conduct an examination in relation to one or4 more authorisations in force under Division 2 of this Part for the5 purposes of obtaining intelligence relevant to serious and organised6 crime identified in that authorisation or those authorisations.7 (2) The examination may be:8 (a) either of the following:9 (i) a pre-charge examination;10 (ii) a post-charge examination; and11 (b) either of the following:12 (i) a pre-confiscation application examination;13 (ii) a post-confiscation application examination.14
