63 Examiner may vary summons23 (1) If an examiner issues a summons to a person requiring the person24 to attend an examination, an examiner may, at any time before the25 examination commences, vary the summons.26 (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the variation may do any of the27 following:28 (a) vary the summons to include, amend, or revoke, a direction29 under subsection 61(1) that the person is to appear before an30 examiner by way of video link, audio link or other means the31 examiner considers appropriate;32 (b) vary the summons to include, amend, or revoke, a33 non-disclosure notation under section 101.34
