ORDER Vary the order of the Full Court of the Supreme Court of Queensland dismissing the appeal to it from the order of Connolly J. by providing therein for the substitution, in the order of Connolly J. of the words pay to Coastline Distributors Pty. Ltd. (in liquidation) for the words pay to the Applicants: otherwise dismiss the appeal with costs.
Coastline Distributors Pty. Ltd. ("Coastline") was incorporated in Queensland on 1st April 1975 with a paid up capital of five $1 shares. One share was held by each of its five directors. These directors were also the directors of the appellant company Octavo Investments Pty. Ltd. ("Octavo").
