"Now dealing with the other items one by one as mentioned in your instructions.
TRANSPORT HOME: This is most unclear, as the only home on site is a very small old home, that all reports have it was acquired by the hirer from MEEKATHARA [sic], for a fee of $500.00. which in the opinion of our agent is all it is worth.
WESCRANE [sic] RECEIVABLE BIN: This piece of equipment was seized and in the opinion of our agent and others is 'home' made, and not a WESCRANE [sic].
1985, 28' WESTCRANE TROMMELL [sic]. This monstrosity has been seized and once again is 'home made', and not a WESTCRANE made type.
HOUGH 560: This has been set out in more detail on the past page of this report.
ROLLS ROYCE GENERATOR: This unit that appears on face value to be in good condition and like other items, has never been used on this site.
CAT D7 (F): This machine also appears to be in quite good order.
ALLUVIAL MILL & BINS: Our agents report that these units that make up the major part of this equipment has been seized and like the other equipment mentioned above, appears to be in good order.
Our agent reports that the only section of equipment that now remains on site that could in some way be associated with this list of equipment is a 'monolith' silo that the hirer has built from tons [sic] of scrap metal, and enquiries revealed that to move such a Silo, it would take at [sic] 100 ton [sic] Low Loader ... So taking into account the size, the suggested costs of removing same from the position it was in, plus the transport costs and the fact that it was built from scrap, our agent left this item on site with the hirers [sic] many other pieces of equipment."
