48 Accrual
If, by a term of any provisions for arbitration, a cause of action in
relation to any difference or matter referable to arbitration under the
provisions does not accrue until the making of an award or the
happening of some other event in or relating to the arbitration or does
not accrue at all, the cause of action nevertheless accrues, for the
purposes of the application of this division to an arbitration under the
provisions, on the date when it would accrue apart from that term.
