29 Beneficiaries other than plaintiff If a beneficiary under a trust brings an action in relation to the trust, another beneficiary under the trust is not entitled to derive from the action any benefit for which, because of this Act, an action by him or her is not maintainable if brought on the date when the firstmentioned action is brought.
