14Judgment

14 Judgment (1) An action on a cause of action on a judgment is not maintainable if brought after the end of a limitation period of 12 years running from the date when the judgment first becomes enforceable by the plaintiff or by a person through whom he or she claims. (2) A judgment of a court of a place outside the ACT becomes enforceable for this section on the date when the judgment becomes enforceable in the place where the judgment is given.
