Part 8 Miscellaneous Section 55 page 42 Information Privacy Act 2014 Effective: 16/12/25 R13 16/12/25 Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at www.legislation.act.gov.au (2) The report— (a) must identify the respondent in relation to each privacy complaint reported on under subsection (1); but (b) must not include the complainant’s personal information. (3) The Minister must present the report to the Legislative Assembly within 15 sitting days after the day the report is given to the Minister.
