54 Report by information privacy commissioner
(1) The information privacy commissioner must, for each financial year,
give a report to the Minister about—
(a) the total number of privacy complaints made or referred to the
commissioner; and
(b) the total number of privacy complaints dealt with by the
commissioner; and
(c) the total number of privacy complaints in relation to which the
commissioner has given a notice under section 45
(Commissioner must tell parties application may be made to
court); and
(d) anything else prescribed by regulation.
