Tasmania regulation
This Order adds Homes Tasmania and the Macquarie Point Development Corporation to the list of ‘relevant government agencies’ under the Government Procurement Review (International Free Trade Agreements) Act 2019, and declares their chief executive officers to be their accountable authorities (see s4(1)–(2) of the Act). Mechanically, that brings those two Tasmanian entities within the Act’s procurement-review and reporting regime; the agencies (and their CEOs) carry the compliance burden and the Department of Treasury and Finance administers the Order.
