4 Relevant government agencies
For the purposes of section 4(1) of the Act, the following entities are declared to be relevant government agencies:
(a) Homes Tasmania, established by section 9 of the Homes Tasmania Act 2022 ;
(b) the Macquarie Point Development Corporation, established by section 5 of the Macquarie Point Development Corporation Act 2012 .
