5 Accountable authority of relevant government agencies
For the purposes of section 4(2) of the Act –
(a) the chief executive officer of Homes Tasmania appointed under section 19 of the Homes Tasmania Act 2022 is declared to be the accountable authority of Homes Tasmania; and
(b) the chief executive officer of the Macquarie Point Development Corporation appointed under section 15 of the Macquarie Point Development Corporation Act 2012 is declared to be the accountable authority of the Macquarie Point Development Corporation.
