REASONS FOR DECISION
- Basona Bakoy-Bongo Lokondo was granted a licence under the Security Industry Act 1997 (the SI Act). His licence was revoked by the Commissioner of Police (the Commissioner). Mr Lokondo applied to the Tribunal for an "administrative review" of that decision. His application was unsuccessful when, on 8 February 2017, the decision of the Commissioner was affirmed by the Tribunal (the Decision).
