For the reasons given by Taylor J. I agree that this case is one in which an appeal lies only by special leave and that this is not a case in which special leave should be granted. In view, however, of the fact that there is a division of opinion on this question, I would add that I think that the Full Supreme Court was entitled to take the view that it did and that no good reason has been shown for holding that it fell into error in exercising its discretion.
