Martinair is unable to estimate the global cargo fuel surcharge revenue for 2003 - 2006. Note, the total of all global cargo surcharge revenue was €138 million in 2005 and €177 million in 2006. The greater part of Martinair's global cargo surcharge revenue is attributable to fuel surcharges.
