Judgment
- This judgment involves a judicial review of a decision of a Member of the Personal Injury Commission.
- On 14 December 2014, the claimant was involved in a motor vehicle accident. He brought proceedings against the plaintiff in these proceedings for injuries he alleges he suffered in that motor vehicle accident. The insured vehicle collided with the rear of the claimant's vehicle. The insurer admitted breach of duty of care in relation to the accident. At the time of the accident, the plaintiff was working as a cosmetic surgeon.
