sec.4B Geographical area for child to live in
For section 52AA (1) (e) of the Act , the following geographical areas are prescribed— a geographical area with a postcode mentioned in schedule 1AA , part 1 ; a geographical area with a postcode mentioned in schedule 1AA , part 2 , column 1 if the area is within a suburb, town or other locality mentioned in schedule 1AA , part 2 , column 2 opposite the postcode. s 4B ins 2021 SL No. 43 s 4 amd 2023 SL No. 52 s 5 exp 30 April 2026 (see s 4C and 1992 Act No. 44 s 52AA (10) )
- (a) a geographical area with a postcode mentioned in schedule 1AA , part 1 ;
- (b) a geographical area with a postcode mentioned in schedule 1AA , part 2 , column 1 if the area is within a suburb, town or other locality mentioned in schedule 1AA , part 2 , column 2 opposite the postcode.
