sec.4A Geographical area for court
For section 52AA (1) (d) of the Act , the following geographical areas are prescribed— Beenleigh; Brisbane City; Caboolture; Cairns; Cleveland; Coolangatta; Hervey Bay; Ipswich; Mackay; Maryborough; Mount Isa; Pine Rivers; Redcliffe; Richlands; Rockhampton; Southport; Toowoomba; Townsville. s 4A ins 2021 SL No. 43 s 4 amd 2023 SL No. 52 s 4 ; 2024 SL No. 165 s 4 exp 30 April 2026 (see s 4C and 1992 Act No. 44 s 52AA (10) )
- (a) Beenleigh;
- (b) Brisbane City;
- (c) Caboolture;
- (d) Cairns;
- (e) Cleveland;
- (f) Coolangatta;
- (g) Hervey Bay;
