(1) This clause applies to land at 7 Bronzewing Street, Tahmoor, being Lot 110, DP 8982 within Zone RU2 Rural Landscape.
(2) Development for the purposes of a car park is permitted with development consent.
(3) Development consent may only be granted under this clause if the consent authority is satisfied that the car park will provide parking in connection with the lawful use of land in the vicinity of the land to which this clause applies.
