sec.57 Delegation by chief executive
The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service employee. In this section— appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power. a person’s classification level in the public service s 57 sub 2005 No. 14 s 2 sch (sec.57-ssec.1) The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service employee.
