sec.56 Appointment of council members
The Minister may appoint persons to be members of the council. A regulation may prescribe— the number of members; and matters to which the Minister must have regard when appointing members, including, for example, qualifications. s 56 amd 2001 No. 40 s 3 sch (sec.56-ssec.1) The Minister may appoint persons to be members of the council.
