sec.55 Establishment and functions of council
The Minister may establish the Queensland Wine Industry Policy Council. The council must perform the functions prescribed under a regulation. s 55 amd 2001 No. 40 s 3 sch (sec.55-ssec.1) The Minister may establish the Queensland Wine Industry Policy Council.
