sec.53 Payment of fee
A licensee must pay a fee for the licence on an annual basis. The amount of the fee is the amount prescribed under a regulation. The fee is not payable until the licensee receives a notice stating— the amount of the fee payable; and the day by which the fee is payable. s 53 amd 2001 No. 40 s 3 sch (sec.53-ssec.1) A licensee must pay a fee for the licence on an annual basis.
