sec.30 Licensee may surrender
A licensee may surrender a licence to the chief executive at any time. However, if the licensee is not the owner of the main premises the licensee must obtain the owner’s agreement before surrendering the licence. s 30 amd 2001 No. 40 s 3 sch (sec.30-ssec.1) A licensee may surrender a licence to the chief executive at any time.
