4 Functions and powers of Secretary
(1) [Section 4 Subsection (1) amended by No. 64 of 2002, Sched. 1, Applied:31 Dec 2002] The Secretary shall do all such things as are necessary for the administration of this Act.
(2) [Section 4 Subsection (2) amended by No. 64 of 2002, Sched. 1, Applied:31 Dec 2002] The Secretary may direct such authorized persons as he deems appropriate to undertake such duties as are necessary for the purposes of the administration of this Act.
