16 Offence to prevent, &c., authorized person or volunteer from carrying out functions, &c.
A person shall not prevent, hinder, impede, or obstruct an authorized person or volunteer from carrying out any functions, duties, or actions, authorized under this Act.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
