36 Form of permit
A permit may be in such form as the Trust determines but it must, at least –
(a) identify the holder of the permit; and
(b) specify the activity that it authorises; and
(c) specify its expiry date or, if applicable, period of validity; and
(d) specify its conditions, if any.
