Part 8 Assessment and investigation of water resources (2) For subsection (1), the authority may do anything mentioned in section 68 (2). Note The authority is an authorised officer (see Environment Protection Act 1997, s 14 (2)), and authorised officers have powers, such as to enter premises and to seize things, under this Act, div 10.2 (Powers of authorised officers).
