70 Things fixed to land by director-general or authority (1) This section applies if, in the exercise of a function under this part, the director-general or the authority attaches anything to land. (2) The thing is taken not to be— (a) a fixture to the land for the purpose of giving the owner or occupier of the land a proprietary interest in it; or (b) an improvement.
