Until an amendment of the resource operations plan is approved, the chief executive may decide the annual entitlement for authorisation 5, 13 or 15 under schedule 9C for a water year mentioned in the schedule. Subsection (3) applies if an amendment of the resource operations plan commences during a water year mentioned in schedule 9C .
